Arrival

It’s so easy to get to paradise!
Punta Skala can be reached easily by car, plane, ferry or train via good connections. The resort is roughly 15 kilometres from Zadar’s city centre and around 25 kilometres from the Zadar Zemunik airport.

By car
Take the new Zagreb–Split (A1/E65) motorway to the Zadar I exit in the direction of Zadar. When you reach Zadar, follow the signs leading you simply and conveniently to Punta Skala.

By train
There are direct international train connections to Zadar from Slovenia, Hungary, Italy, Austria, Germany, France, Switzerland and Slovakia.

By ferry
A year-round ferry service connects Zadar to Ancona (I). There are additional connections to Split, Rijeka, Pula and Dubrovnik.

By plane
There are direct flights to Zadar from a number of European cities. From all other large cities, there are flights to Zadar with a layover in Zagreb.

In addition to the water sport centre for diving, surfing and sailing, where you can book professional courses and rent high-quality equipment, there is also a multi-purpose athletic court for volleyball, basketball and football, beach volleyball courts, a large fitness centre (at the Hotel & Spa Iadera) and bicycle rentals. We will also be happy to organise boat excursions with your own skipper or arrange for your boat to be cleaned.

A team of sports facilitators and trainers can, if required, be involved in helping out with supervision, or even running an active adventure programme.

Punta Skala – there is simply no limit to how sporty you can get.


Sights


Despite the fantastic array of sport, leisure and wellness activities on offer, you may want to leave the Punta Skala resort every once in a while. There is reason enough to venture out. After all, you are on one of the most beautiful coasts of the Mediterranean Sea, with historical cities and a fascinating landscape featuring no less than five national parks.

Kornati Islands National Park
The Kornati are the densest group of uninhabited islands in the Mediterranean Sea, with about 150 islands, islets and reefs. And fantastic bays that invite you to take a swim or go snorkelling.

Krka Waterfalls National Park
The Krka River rushes down through the most beautiful waterfalls in Europe here. You can also take a refreshing swim in calmer parts, or visit a small village with watermills and a museum.

Plitvice Lakes National Park
A basin surrounded by high, forested mountains with 16 lakes in the middle that are connected to one another by foamy cascades and rushing waterfalls. A unique natural setting that was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1979.

Paklenica National Park
A breathtaking canyon is the “main entrance” to the national park, which has a network of 150 kilometres of stunning hiking trails. From the sea deep into the heart of the Velebit mountain range.

Costs

The resort is free of cars except for on arrival and departure. The main underground garage was integrated into the landscape so that cars do not have to be parked along the streets or in front of the hotels. Listen to the rush of waves at night through your open balcony door or enjoy the sound of the wind rustling through the pine trees during the day – because you won’t be disturbed by the noise of traffic in Punta Skala.

The parking spaces to the apartments can be chosen freely (taking into account the already sold spaces).
The parking spaces are not allocated to individual apartments.
